Although I usually can't stand the constant harping that a lot of people love to do about Games Workshop I thought Tom Schadle did a great job of showing substitutes for all of the new Citadel Tool Set. These tools are ridiculously overpriced in a way that seems almost cynical. Check out Tom's blog here:
